Retail Hell in full effect.

With the exception of the payola, I loathe this time of year. Pushy, rude, irritated customers ... and hey, I get it, I'm a customer too ... stampeding into stores on a mission to get something for a loved one. 6 more days of this mess. Thankfully, I'm off Christmas Eve as well as Christmas, but I do have to work on the dreaded Day-After-Christmas, which is all about returns.

Joy.

Anyway, this is why it has been quite here. After this next week things will slow down considerably at work, and I'm hoping to get some writing done. I'm hella stressed at the moment and find even writing this to be a chore.

I'll be back before Christmas.
