Working on several things at the moment while prepping myself mentally, spiritually, and emotionally for the terrible time called Retail Hell, which begins this Friday.

The blackest Friday.

The Devil's Friday.

Anyhoo, already started working on my essay for December's newsletter, which is about the colorful, vibrant world of the occult. I also started working on ideas for a sequel to The Small Hours, which is in the very early stages. This is what happens when you're listening to Metallica while driving and realizing one of their classic songs could be about a monster, and then you learn this monster is in the public domain, which means it is ripe for the Jay and Willi treatment.

I'll try to get back here before the weekend, but no promises.
