At the beginning of the year I said I'd try to be here more often. For the most part, I've done that, and I even said "no promises", but yet I feel a little amiss if I don't get on here every single day. Still, "no promises", but I do like the idea of hitting up my ol' website to let it all hang out on the daily. I will try to be here more often.

The newsletter will be going out next week. It's not done, but it's close, probably within a couple of hundred words. A little essay about where the scary in horror comes from.

Right now, I'm watching the Seahawks mop the floor with the 49ers, listening to Miles Davis' Bitches Brew, and wondering about Sword and Sorcery.

Ya know ... the usual.
